Corporate Partnerships
Become a Vranch House Corporate Partner. From supporting events to making us your Charity Partner, there are plenty of ways for you and your company to support us.
We believe that by working together with businesses around the region and beyond we can create stronger communities and make sure young people with physical difficulties and complex needs can thrive within them.
With your vital support, we can continue to provide education, care and therapies for young people with physical difficulties, some who have life-limiting conditions, which will help make a huge difference to their lives.
We want to make sure that a partnership with Vranch House adds real value to your business, engages your staff, fits with your values and helps to meet your goals.
This means that we’ll spend time with you to create and build a unique partnership that will engage your staff and also be life-changing to our charity’s work with these special children and young adults.
Some Partnerships we have made:
IKEA, Exeter have been extremely supportive with Vranch House enabling us to take pupils on trips to the store to work on social skills, independence, life skills, communication and more. Some pupils have even been behind the scenes. Ikea have also supported Vranch House by donating treats and items from the store such as a chair for our hairdresser to use when they visit Vranch House t cut pupils hair once a month.
Ikea collaborated with Vranch House on their new innovative "In Store Sensory Sessions". This initiative was developed to provide inclusive and enriching experiences for children with learning difficulties and significant physical disabilities. Recognising the importance of sensory engagement, IKEA Exeter established a special relationship with Vranch House. As part of our school's enrichment program, pupils spend time at IKEA Exeter, supported by both staff and IKEA co-workers. These sessions included sensory story times with themes such as "under the sea," and dedicated playtime with iconic IKEA products, adding an element of fun and engagement.
The inclusivity and adaptability of these sessions, made the children from Vranch House feel welcomed, included, and seen. The sessions not only benefit the pupils but also helped the community understand the importance of inclusion.
This initiative has sparked discussions among co-workers in Ikea about disability and accessibility, fostering a more inclusive environment within the store. The success of the sensory sessions has led to this being monthly event that different cohorts of pupils get to access with different goals and aims. There are now plans to expand similar initiatives to other IKEA units. This initiative exemplifies IKEA's innovative approach to improving the lives of disabled people and fostering a more inclusive society.
Well done and Thank you IKEA!
Dunelm, Exeter have been supported Vranch House in several ways including the Delivering Joy Campaign at Christmas Time and donating amazing goodies to our raffles at our fundraising events and equipment needed at Vranch House such as a brand new microwave in our staff room and resources that our pupils access in sensory sessions such as TacPac.
Dunelm are always very accommodating when we take pupils on trips to the store and cafe to work on social skills, independence, life skills, communication and more. The staff are always incredibly friendly and super helpful. Vranch House are proud to have such a positive link with an amazing, and inclusive local shop.

Charity of the Year
Does your workplace have a chosen charity?
You could make Vranch House your charity of the year and show staff and customers your commitment to supporting the work we do over a longer period. We believe that each partnership is bespoke and will work with you to build a calendar of fundraising activities for your employees and/or customers.
Voting for Vranch House as your chosen charity offers so many benefits – as well as raising funds together to help local children, young people and their families, it’s great for team building and getting everyone having some fun together both in, and outside the workplace. Whether you choose a charity by staff vote or a pitch process, our fundraisers are happy to submit a written proposal and present to your charity committee.
Join us at our Vranch House events, or plan your own fundraisers, we can work with you to devise a plan for your activities and support you every step of the way. Many employers also offer matched funding schemes, allowing you to double the amount you’ve raised!
Charity of the Year 2024:

Sponsor an event
If you’re looking for a great way to support us, have you thought about sponsoring one of our fantastic events?
Securing corporate sponsorship helps us to cover the costs of running our events and ensures we can direct all of the funds raised back into the school and centre. If you'd like to know more, email fundraising@vranchhouse.org to discuss any opportunities available.
Benefits will range depending on the event and the package you choose but could include PR and social media coverage, exposure on our website, volunteering opportunities, free places and attendance at our events and much more. A big thank you to the businesses and individuals who are sponsoring upcoming events such as our Black-Tie Charity Ball on Saturday 15th March 2025.
You can find our page on all our events HERE
Take a challenge
Take part in a memorable challenge whilst raising money for an important cause. Ever wanted to skydive from 15,000ft, cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats or take on the National Three Peaks Challenge?
Employee fundraising
Many businesses now encourage their employees to fundraise for charities close to their heart with the business matching a proportion or entirety of money raised. Not only do you show your staff you care about their causes, but you also promote a culture of social responsibility within your organisation.
