Charlotte Mearing
(Specialist Children's Physiotherapist)
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2009 from the University of Plymouth and have worked in a wide range of settings before specialising in Paediatrics in 2012. I currently work in Vranch House outpatient service 3 days a week and spend my other 2 days a week working in Honeylands Specialist Assessment Centre. This brings huge variation to my caseload and my working day as I see children from 0-18 years. Everyday is different and I enjoy seeing children of all ages and working closely with them and their families.
I am currently undertaking further studies in Physiotherapy and I have recently completed a module in Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic Paediatric Physiotherapy and I am aiming to undertake a Paediatric Neurophysiotherapy module which I hope will improve on my skills and knowledge in this specialist area.
