I joined the Vranch House team in 2008 prior to this I had spent time working in early years settings.
I have a level 2 Health and Social Care qualification, a level 3 open college teaching assistant qualification and a BTec diploma in children and young peoples workforce. I have also completed various CPD courses in Makaton level 1, moving and handling, respiratory distress, complex health care, Ambu bag training and a competency in tracheostomy care.
My role at Vranch House has now progressed on to becoming the nurse auxiliary, helping the nursing team with the healthcare of all the children in school. I hold competencies in complex health needs and help run multidisciplinary clinics held at Vranch. Working within the nursing team is very rewarding.
