I started working at Vranch House in 2004 as a Lunch-Time Support Assistant becoming a part-time Teaching Assistant in September 2010 and then a Therapy and Learning Assistant in April 2016. I am now a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. I have gained my level 3 Diploma for Children & Young People's Workforce and level 1 Makaton Signing.
