The Innowalk is a dynamic standing and movement device designed to enable children and young people with moderate to severe physical disabilities to achieve assisted weight-bearing and repetitive lower-limb movement, regardless of their level of independent mobility.

Commonly used for children with conditions such as cerebral palsy, neuromuscular disorders, and complex physical disabilities, the Innowalk provides a safe and supported way to promote cardiovascular fitness, joint mobility, muscle flexibility, bone health, circulation, and digestive function.

By combining standing with active or assisted movement, the device helps reduce the risks associated with prolonged immobility while supporting participation in therapy programmes and daily routines. Individualised therapy plans are developed by physiotherapists to ensure that use of the Innowalk aligns with each child's functional goals, maximising opportunities for physical activity, comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.
