Teaching Assistant

Location: Vranch House, full time.

We have finalised our pupil numbers for the coming academic year and we now need to appoint further support staff at our OUTSTANDING School for November 2022. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive staff team and work with our amazing children and young people.

* TEACHING ASSISTANT (general) - 31.5 hours per week, £9.76 to £10.33 per hour, based on experience.

Our Teaching Assistants and Mealtime Assistants work within a class of children and young people with severe learning difficulties (SLD) or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD); all of our pupils have physical disabilities. Applicants must have prior experience of working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or physical disabilities, though the successful applicants will be given full training in a wide range of applicable skills, required to meet the specific needs of our pupils.
