Gardening bed:
Simon was very quick and had made the new accessible bed by the time we returned to school in April. Thank you Simon! Please see the photos below.

Questionnaires:
Please complete and return the questionnaires (links below) - one for parents to complete and one for pupils who may need a little help.

Whilst I don't condone bribery there will be a prize for each class that receives more than four anonymous replies to each questionnaire and a bonus prize for the class that receives the most responses overall! ☺

Circus Starr:
We have once again been donated tickets for the Circus Starr Spring Tour which is in Exeter on Saturday, 1st June (end of the half term break). Beverley has tickets for both the 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm performances - please contact her in the school office if you would like any of the tickets for your family (if over subscribed they will be allocated on a first come first served basis).

Waitrose Community Matters:
Each month every Waitrose branch donates £1,000 (£500 in Convenience shops) between three local good causes nominated by the public. At the checkout, you'll receive a token. Just place it in a box of the good cause you'd most like to support. The more tokens a cause gets, the bigger the donation they receive. Vranch House has been fortunate enough to be nominated as one of the Charities supported by the Exeter Waitrose for the month of June - so if you or your family/friends shop in the Store we would welcome your support by putting your token(s) in the Vranch House box.

A message from the Marketing Manager

A BargeHello. Some of you may already know me. I am a former pupil of Vranch House having been here from 1970 to 1978. More recently I have been Honorary Treasurer and then Chairman of the charity's Trustees and Governors for seven years.

In January of this year I joined the paid staff of Vranch House to replace Sue Gould as the charity's marketing manager. My role includes raising additional funds for the school and centre that can be spent directly for the benefit of our children. This may include purchasing e.g. electronic communication aids and mobility aids for the children. If you have any ideas for fundraising for Vranch please don't hesitate to contact me so we can discuss them or if you want us to help you in any fundraising activities you are undertaking. We will help if we can!

You can now also follow us on Facebook. You will find a link on the Vranch House website - www.vranchhouse.org
