Welcome back to a new term!
We have quite a depleted school this academic year as we currently have no new pupils
beginning at school, although we may possibly have two new boys beginning at some point
during this term. We are pleased that Millie Springer is now remaining with us for another
year - welcome back Millie!
Please see a link for you child to complete an Ofsted questionnaire to ascertain their views on
their education and the school in general. This is a new approach which has been adopted
across mainstream and independent schools and the questionnaire will be conducted annually
to help with judgements about schools. The survey needs to be completed between the 3rd
September and 12th October. Please help you children as much as possible with the questions.

The swimming pool should be open next week and all groups should be up and running,
including the crèche every Wednesday between 11am -12pm.
Please check that all your child's clothes, towels etc are labelled (permanent marker is fine).
Please also find attached a timetable for groups for this term; as usual please get in touch if
you have any problems or questions.
We have also attached an update on the SEN green paper regarding changes to provision re
funding, equipment, schools etc. We hope you find it useful.
If there have been any changes to your contact details (address, telephone/mobile or email
address) over the holidays please would you ensure that these have been passed on to
Beverley in the school office so that she can amend our records.
Details of the weekly school lunch menus have now been placed on the school website. The
menus are on a two week rota (Week 1 and Week 2) and on the website you will see which
weekly menu it is for any particular week for the remainder of the Autumn term. The
schedule will be updated for each new term as they occur.
