VISION STATEMENT
The children who come to Vranch House School have significant physical difficulties which impact on their abilities to learn and access the National Curriculum.
The aim for each child is to provide them with a challenging environment in which they can flourish and develop confidence as an individual, as a member of the school community and as part of the wider world. Each child is enabled to control every part of their life to the fullest extent within the context of their overall abilities.
The school curriculum is designed to develop each child’s potential so that he or she has the earliest possible opportunity of inclusion into an appropriate level of mainstream education. For children whose needs are not able to be met effectively and successfully in a mainstream setting we aim through an appropriate and individually determined curriculum to maximize their learning goals. There is continuous access to structured, qualitative learning experiences in preparation for secondary educational provision.
