I have worked at Vranch House for 19 years. I started as a Lunchtime Assistant, but became a part-time Teaching Assistant in 1999, which became full-time in 2001. I have Certificates in Paediatric First Aid and Makaton Signing. I also have a GQA Level 3 award for Learning Support.
